What We Do
We connect grassroots NGOs and youth changemakers through certified, ethical, and sustainable projects. Our label verifies that projects are community-led and impactful, while preparing participants through cultural and skills-based training. Together, NGOs and 'Trained Participants' can generate verified carbon credits, making ethical climate action more accessible to stakeholders, often excluded from the voluntary carbon market.
How We Support Grassroots NGOs
We certify grassroots NGOs that welcome youth collaborators. Our Ethical Collaboration Label helps these organizations stand out and verify that their programs are community-led, sustainable, and designed for long-term impact. With our support, participants can confidently engage with grassroots NGOs who are undertaking climate work.
How We Support our Volunteers
We certify young changemakers as Trained Participants: volunteers who are motivated and meaningfully prepared. Before their trip, each participant completes a readiness process that includes a skills and values alignment check, plus trainings on local language, culture, and history. This ensures that every project starts from a place of respect, reciprocity, and shared purpose. With this support, NGOs can confidently engage with trusted volunteers who share the same purpose.
